We stand behind all FERTAN products. If one of our products does not work as promised you can return it for a replacement or refund. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or quality, you can return it at any time.

Shipping Within the U.S.
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $20.
Orders are shipped on the same business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Once your order ships, lookout for a confirmation email with tracking information. All online orders do not require a signature. Use the UPS tracking number you receive to track domestic shipments through www.ups.com. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, too. And if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within two business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team and be sure to include your order number to expedite the process, firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care.
Shipping to Canada
If you are shipping to Canada, your complete order total will reflect shipping when you check out. International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to FERTAN.
All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse, located in Miami within 48h from the date of your order confirmation. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on or around federal and U.S. holidays. We try to send out your order confirmation email within moments of you placing an order. But things happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam as it may have been flagged. And if you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team to retrieve the order information.
We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged or used.
Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 1-2 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.
Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
International Return Policy
We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged or used.
You will not be refunded for importation fees.
Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
If you have an account with us, log in. Visit “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link. If you don’t have an account with us, contact email@example.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code. As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. We’ll send you a separate email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
